• Ensure that the data provided in the Application Form is accurate and valid.
• Maintain appropriate certification and experience for the assigned vessel and position.
• Adhere to discipline, follow the orders of the Master of the vessel, and comply with onboard rules.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and follow safety procedures.
• Remain physically fit to perform all job duties and responsibilities.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of data provided by seafarers.
• Ensure that seafarers are suitably certificated and experienced for their roles.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment, promoting safe practices in ship operations.
• Prevent damage to the ship, cargo, and the environment.
• Adhere to national and international maritime regulations.
• Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drug trafficking, alcohol consumption, and other prohibited activities on the vessel.
• Ensure that only physically capable seafarers are assigned to their duties.
